I wanted to share with you that our nonprofit is kicking off a Kindness Campaign in Harford County! The kick-off event is this Sun. 2/8 at The Screaming Bean Cafe 10:30am.
The Kindness Campaign is an initiative to spread kindness throughout our community, teach children kindness acts, and brighten someone’s day!
We have “Kindness Cards” that will be passed out into the community to friends, family, and strangers. The cards have a heartwarming message on the front or a blank area to craft your own message/design. The back of the “kindness card” has instructions on what to do if you receive one! Simply keep it as a reminder that someone cared about you, or log your card to track its travels!
The goal is to see how far these cards travel and how many lives are impacted by a simple kind act!
They are small enough to fit in a wallet, purse, or pocket.
2/8/26 Event Details: Free family fun event to kick off the Kindness Campaign this Valentine’s season. Come craft your Valentine’s cards, kindness cards, sunglasses, and water bottles. Make your own play-dough from scratch with STEAM Quest. Then decorate your nails Valentine’s or Kindness theme. Enjoy the coloring station provided by JBF (Just Between Friends- Pop Up Consignment). Lastly, get some kindness cards to pass into the community to brighten someone’s day!
