Through conversations with many professionals in the childcare industry, we realized that quality child care is challenging to find due to a consistent lack of fair pay for quality teachers in the industry. In addition, the child care available is often a one-size-fits-all model that doesn’t take into account different demographics, income levels, or schedules. Finally, there is no Spanish (or other language) immersion early education offered in this area. BELLA was created with the goal of meeting people where they are without compromising the high quality education each child and family deserves.
